A Cebu staycation with space for everyone
Loft 1512 is a whole two-storey unit on the 15th floor of Mabolo Garden Flats, in central Cebu City. Downstairs, the family gathers around a dining table for six. Upstairs, everyone sleeps in the loft.
Big windows look out over the city and the harbor. Take the lift up to the infinity pool on the 17th floor or the rooftop garden, or walk to Ayala Center Cebu, about 800 m away. It suits families, barkadas, business trips and long stays.

Questions before you book
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 guests at the base rate, and a maximum of 8. Guests 7 and 8 are ₱250 each per night.
How much is a night?
Our promo rate is ₱3,500 (regularly ₱5,000) (approx. US$57) per night for up to 6 guests, and it already includes the cleaning fee. For example, 2 regular nights for 8 guests is ₱7,000 + ₱1,000 in extra guest fees = ₱8,000 (approx. US$131). Payment is in Philippine pesos.
Are holiday rates different?
Yes. Christmas (nights of Dec 23 to Dec 25) is ₱7,999 (approx. US$131) a night with a 3-night minimum; New Year (nights of Dec 30 to Jan 1) is ₱7,999 (approx. US$131) a night with a 3-night minimum; Sinulog weekend (the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the 3rd weekend of January) is ₱8,999 (approx. US$148) a night with a 3-night minimum. The extra-guest fee for guests 7 and 8 still applies. Holiday nights are marked on the booking calendar.
Is it good for a family or group staycation in Cebu (8 pax)?
Yes. It is an entire two-storey loft with 4 double-size beds (2 double beds, a pull-out double trundle and a sofa bed that converts into a double), 2 bathrooms, a dining table for 6, a full kitchen and air-conditioning on both floors, so families and barkadas have room to spread out.
How do I pay?
Pay a 50% downpayment by scanning our GCash or BPI QR code (shown on your booking page) to lock your dates, with your booking reference in the notes. The balance is paid before check-in.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, ₱1,000, fully refundable. Pay it by GCash or bank transfer the day before arrival. We refund it after the check-out inspection, by 3:00 PM that day.
