Yes. Christmas (nights of Dec 23 to Dec 25) is ₱7,999 (approx. US$131) a night with a 3-night minimum; New Year (nights of Dec 30 to Jan 1) is ₱7,999 (approx. US$131) a night with a 3-night minimum; Sinulog weekend (the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the 3rd weekend of January) is ₱8,999 (approx. US$148) a night with a 3-night minimum. The extra-guest fee for guests 7 and 8 still applies. Holiday nights are marked on the booking calendar.

Yes. It is an entire two-storey loft with 4 double-size beds (2 double beds, a pull-out double trundle and a sofa bed that converts into a double), 2 bathrooms, a dining table for 6, a full kitchen and air-conditioning on both floors, so families and barkadas have room to spread out.

Pay a 50% downpayment by scanning our GCash or BPI QR code (shown on your booking page) to lock your dates, with your booking reference in the notes. The balance is paid before check-in.

Yes, ₱1,000, fully refundable. Pay it by GCash or bank transfer the day before arrival. We refund it after the check-out inspection, by 3:00 PM that day.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is upon request and subject to availability; charges may apply. Check-in is self check-in; we send the instructions before you arrive. Please submit a valid ID upon check-in and make sure your ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is paid.

Yes. Mabolo Garden Flats has an infinity pool on the 17th floor, plus a rooftop garden overlooking Cebu City, Mactan and CCLEX, a gym and eco gardens with a jogging path. They follow building rules, schedules and capacity limits, and may close for maintenance.
