House rules

A few things to know before you stay

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM. Self check-in; instructions are sent before arrival.
  • Early check-in is upon request and subject to availability; charges may apply.
  • Submit a valid ID upon check-in.
  • Your ₱1,000 refundable security deposit must be paid before check-in (the day before arrival).
  • Check-out by 11:00 AM.
  • Luggage storage is not available before check-in.

Guests

  • The rate covers up to 6 guests. Guests 7 and 8 are ₱250 each per night.
  • Maximum of 8 guests.

Security deposit

  • ₱1,000, refundable, paid by GCash or bank transfer the day before arrival.
  • Refunded after the check-out inspection, by 3:00 PM.

In the loft

  • Netflix is on the smart TVs; sign in with your own account.

Building amenities

  • Pool, gym and garden follow building rules, schedules and capacity limits, and may close for maintenance.

Cancellation

  • 7 or more days before arrival: full refund of the downpayment, or one free date change.
  • 3 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of the downpayment is refunded.
  • Less than 72 hours before arrival: the downpayment is non-refundable.
